DJ K.A Issues Public Apology Over Viral Video, Accepts Full Responsibility

Kwadwo Adu, popularly known as DJ K.A, has publicly apologized following the circulation of a viral video involving him, describing his actions as a “serious error in judgment” and taking full responsibility for the incident.

In a statement released on Wednesday, the broadcaster extended his “sincerest and unreserved apology” to his family, friends, fans, followers, employer, colleagues, associates, and the general public over the video that has been widely shared on social media.

According to DJ K.A, recording the video was a mistake that he deeply regrets. He admitted that his actions caused disappointment, embarrassment, and concern to many people and expressed sincere remorse for the pain caused.

“I take full responsibility for my actions. Recording the video was a serious error in judgment, and I deeply regret the decision that led to this unfortunate incident,” he stated.

While accepting responsibility, DJ K.A dismissed claims suggesting that he intentionally leaked or circulated the video or acted out of frustration. He urged the public not to believe such reports, insisting that misinformation should not overshadow the facts surrounding the incident.

He further stressed that the portrayal of the situation on social media does not reflect who he is or the values of the brands he represents. According to him, the experience has taught him valuable life lessons, and he is determined to become a better person.

DJ K.A also expressed gratitude to everyone who has reached out to him with prayers, encouragement, and support during the difficult period, saying their kindness has given him strength.

Ending his statement, he once again apologized to everyone affected and humbly asked for forgiveness and the opportunity to rebuild the trust of the public through his future actions.

“Once again, I offer my heartfelt apology to everyone affected. I humbly ask for your forgiveness and the opportunity to earn back your trust through my actions.”
