Ghana picks Bryant University as World Cup camp base in Rhode Island
The Ghana Football Association has reportedly chosen Bryant University in Rhode Island as the Black Stars’ base camp for the 2026 World Cup.
Located in Smithfield, Rhode Island, the university offers top-notch facilities and a strategic location for the team’s preparations during the 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament.
The Black Stars will face Panama in Toronto, England in Foxborough (Boston), and Croatia in Philadelphia during the group stage.
Rhode Island’s proximity to these venues makes it an ideal location, with travel times ranging from 1 hour to Boston, 4 hours to Philadelphia, and 8 hours to Toronto.
