Hearts of Oak Names Mas-Ud Didi Dramani as New Head Coach
Accra Hearts of Oak has officially unveiled Mas-Ud Didi Dramani as their new head coach, effective immediately.
In a club statement released on Friday, June 20, Hearts of Oak confirmed that the experienced tactician has signed a two-year contract.
Dramani’s first assignment will be to lead the Phobians in the 2025 President’s Cup clash against rivals Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Before this appointment, he served as the Head of Football at the Right to Dream Academy. Dramani also boasts rich national team experience, having been part of Ghana’s technical team during the 2022 FIFA World Cup and previously guiding the Black Galaxies.
The experienced coach last managed in the Ghana Premier League in 2013, when he left Asante Kotoko after securing back-to-back league titles with the Porcupine Warriors.
On the international stage, Dramani famously led Ghana’s U-17 Women’s team to a historic third-place finish at the 2012 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. He also served as an assistant coach for the senior national team, the Black Stars, at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
