Ghanaian midfielder Daniel Kofi Kyereh has been spotted working hard in training with Freiburg, just over a month after resuming full-scale training after three years of setback.

Kyereh has been battling an ACL injury for over three years, undergoing surgery and rehabilitation in 2023, but faced setbacks that prolonged his absence.

The 29-year-old has been limited to just 18 appearances, scoring three goals and providing one assist for Frieburg before suffering injury.

The Midfielder before making a move to Freiburg, he enjoyed an outstanding season at St. Pauli, hitting the back of the net 22 times and provided 21 assists in 67 appearances.

His return to training is a major boost for Freiburg and the Black Stars, with coach Otto Addo likely keeping a close eye on his progress ahead of future qualifying series
