Fidelity Bank Chairman Named Ghana’s Topmost Transformational Board Chair 2026
At the 6th National Governance & Business Leadership Summit & Awards 2026, our Board Chairman, Mr. James Reynolds Baiden, was unveiled as the cover personality for Boardroom Magazine Volume 6 and honoured as Topmost Transformational Board Chair in Ghana 2026.
Receiving the recognition, Mr. Baiden dedicated the honour to the Fidelity Bank Board, management, staff, customers and the wider banking fraternity, reflecting on the Bank’s journey over the past 20 years and its ambition to contribute to Ghana’s long-term growth and prosperity.
Fidelity Bank also received the Board Excellence in ESG Governance Award, recognising the Bank’s commitment to strong governance and sustainability.
