‘I’ll Deal With Anyone Who Takes a Bribe From SM’ – Stonebwoy Warns Team

Ghanaian dancehall artiste Stonebwoy has stirred conversations on social media after a video of him addressing members of his team went viral.

In the video, which surfaced on July 5, 2026, the “Nominate” hitmaker cautioned his team against accepting money from fellow dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, popularly known as “SM,” to sabotage his performances.

Addressing his entourage, Stonebwoy said anyone caught taking a bribe to interfere with his show, such as switching off his microphone during a performance, would face consequences.

“Can’t you see my team behind me? If you go and collect a bribe from SM and turn off my microphone, I will deal with you. He can’t do that,” he said.

Stonebwoy also maintained that he has no plans to share the same stage with his longtime rival, Shatta Wale.

“It won’t work. He’s not good enough. We are playing in the World Cup, and he didn’t qualify,” he said, laughing after making the remark.

The video has since generated mixed reactions on social media, with fans debating whether the comments were directed at Shatta Wale or were simply part of Stonebwoy’s usual banter with his audience.
