JUST IN: GFA Boss Kurt E.S Okraku arrives in Upper West Regional Capital for Four Days Tour
President of the Ghana Football Association Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku has landed in the Wa for his four working days tour in the three Northern Football regions.
The GFA President arrived at the Wa Airport and has scheduled a meeting with the Upper West Regional Football Association Chairman Alhaji Sadugu and his Executive council members on Monday afternoon.
President Kurt will also hold a meeting with club administrators and stakeholders in the Upper West Region.
As part of the President’s stay, he will have some engagement with the Wa Naa and the overlord of the Waala Traditional Council, His Royal Majesty Alhaji Fuseini Seidu Pelpuo VI, to pay homepage and reaffirm the GFA’s respect traditional leadership in community and youth development.
There will be an inspection visit to the ongoing GFA Projects at the Malik Jabir Stadium and the newly built B.K Adama Park in WA.
The activities continue, as President Kurt will be having a shot meeting with the Upper West Region Minister Hon. Charles Lwanga Puozuing Esq.to discuss matters and the effort of the government in developing the game at the regional level.
The Ghana Football Association President is expected to have the same event in the Northern and Upper East Region in the next three days.
He arrived with a delegation, led by the Chief of Staff of the Ghana Football Association Mr. Michael Osekere and other Exco members.
