Ghanaian rapper Kwesi Arthur has postponed the North American leg of his ongoing tour after medical professionals advised him to take time off to focus on his health.

In a statement shared with his fans, the award-winning musician revealed that he has been battling a health condition for some time. According to him, doctors strongly recommended that he avoid performing for now, as continuing with the scheduled shows could negatively affect his recovery.

As a result, Kwesi Arthur announced that his concerts in Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta have been postponed. He assured fans that the affected shows will be rescheduled, with new dates expected to be announced soon.

Despite the changes to the North American tour, the rapper confirmed that his London concert will go ahead as scheduled. He expressed his excitement about performing for his UK supporters and said he looks forward to sharing the experience with them.

Kwesi Arthur also apologised to fans who had already made plans to attend the postponed shows. He thanked them for their understanding and patience during this difficult period, adding that all previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates once they are confirmed.

The rapper further expressed gratitude for the continuous love and encouragement he has received from his supporters, promising to return to the stage only when he is fully recovered and able to deliver the energetic performance his fans deserve.

The announcement follows what Kwesi Arthur described as a remarkable chapter in his career, as he reflected on the success of his Redemption Valley journey, thanking fans for making the project and its accompanying moments unforgettable.
