Aduana FC Coach Cioaba Aristica announces starting lineup ahead of Medeama Clash

Aduana FC head coach Cioaba Aristica has announced his starting lineup ahead of their game against Medeama SC in the Ghana Premier League.

Medeama SC will be hosting Aduana FC in week 22 of the Ghana Premier League at the Tarkwa T &A Stadium on Friday as kickoff scheduled at exactly 16:30GMT.

Prince Osei keeps the poles while Abubakar Adams, Alex Boakye, Remember Adomako Boateng and Samuel Osei Kuffour complete the backline.

The midfield is made up of Salim Baafada, Seidu Saana and Raymond Agyemang while Benjamin Tsivanyo, Emmanuel Marfo and Prince Otubua complete the attack.

Coach Aristica comes out with 4-3-3 formations facing league leaders on Friday afternoon.

The Ogya lads have accumulated 36 points and are seven times behind league leaders and their opponents for the afternoon Medeama SC.

Asante Kotoko SC interim coach Prince Yaw Owusu has jumped in defending his players and eyeing for a bounce back against Hearts of Oak on Sunday.

Coach Prince speaking to Kessben FM has also emphasized that his focus is improving the team’s goalscoring ability ahead of the Super clash on Sunday.

“I don’t think we should put all blame on the boys. They did exactly what they were asked to do, and because of that,we have to figure out what went wrong.We need to talk to them and get them back for the game against Hearts of Oak,” he said.

“Two games with no goal in the net is a concern, so we’re going to work hard on it.” He added

Asante Kotoko are aiming for victory against Hearts of Oak on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Kickoff time scheduled at exactly 17:00GMT.

Midfielder Seth Kwadwo calls for support on Sunday ahead of the Super Clash

Asante Kotoko SC Midfielder Seth Kwadwo has called the supporters to come to the stadium in their number on Sunday.

 

The Porcupine Warriors will host rivals Hearts of Oak in week 22 of the Ghana Premier League Super clash at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.

 

Speaking on Kessben Midfield Action, Kwadwo has expressed the need for fans to be at the stadium ahead of the Super Clash.

 

“We need our supporters on Sunday, with the fans I can assure you that we will win all the three points, he told Kessben TV.

 

“We are in a difficult moment, and playing against Hearts of Oak is a difficult game but we will make sure we can win for our fans, without them we are not there so we need them” he added.

 

The 23-year-old midfielder has been on target one’s with an assist in 13 appearances since joining the Porcupines from Bechem United.

 

Asante Kotoko SC occupies 5th position with 35 points, just a point behind rivals Hearts of Oak after 21 games in the Ghana Premier League.

Midfielder Thomas Partey denies all sexual Charges

Thomas Partey has denied all sexual charges against him, according to his lawyer Jenny Wiltshire after his most recent appearance before court on Thursday, February 12.

 

“Thomas Partey continues to deny all charges against him. He has cooperated with the police throughout. Given there are ongoing legal proceedings, there will be no further comment,” he said.

 

The Ghanaian midfielder, has been charged with five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, allegedly committed between 2021 and 2022.

 

Lawyer Wiltshire stated that Partey has cooperated with the police throughout the investigation and is prepared to prove his innocence in court.

 

Partey’s representatives had previously stated that he is innocent, and he reaffirmed this during his arraignment in August 2025.

 

The 32-year-old midfielder who left Arsenal last summer is currently playing for Villarreal in the Spanish Laliga.

 

The case is ongoing, with Partey expected to appear in court in March 13 in the United Kingdom (UK).
