Forward Fatawu Issahaku on target for Leicester City
Ghanaian forward Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has been on target for Leicester City in their 4-3 defeat to Southampton in the English Championship.
Issahaku lasted for 84 minutes and was rated 7.1 by sports website flashscore after the game at the Kings Power Stadium.
Divine Mukasa opened the scores for the host in the 9th minute, before Partson Daka doubled the lead in the 13th minute, giving the host hope for victory.
Issahaku found the back of the net in the 29th minute, giving the host 3-0 lead before half time break.
Southampton came back stronger in the second half, Ross Stewart started the comeback in 62 minutes.
Jack Stephens had the second goal, raising the morale of the visitors before Ryan Manning levelled the pegging in the 87th minute.
Shea Charles completed the comeback in the injury time, giving the visitors all the maximum points on Tuesday night.
However, Black Stars captain Jordan Ayew came off the bench and featured for six minutes.
Issahaku has been involved in 15 goals, scoring eight goals, providing seven assists in 32 appearances for the Foxes.
The Foxes have accumulated 32 points after 32 games, battling relegation challenges in the ongoing campaign.

Ghanaian tactician Charles K. Akonnor has been named Coach of the Month in the Kenya Premier League following an impressive run as head coach of Gor Mahia.
Gor Mahia currently sits at the top of the league table with 40 points in 19 games.
The Kenya outfit won five league games, drawing one in six fixtures, scoring 15 goals and conceded four goals In the Month of January.
Coach CK Akonnor and his Ghanaian assistant Bismark Kobi Mensah are aim to win the league title for Gor Mahia and make an impact in the CAF inter club competition.

FIFA Referee Daniel Laryea to handle Kotoko and Hearts clash on Sunday
FIFA Referee Daniel Laryea has been appointed to officiate Sunday’s league clash between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.
Asante Kotoko will be hosting their rivals Hearts of Oak in the Super clash on Sunday in week 22 of the Ghana Premier League at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Referee Laryea will be assisted with Paul Atimaka as assistant referee 1 and Seth Abletor as assistant referee 2.
Referee Gideon Nii Cofie will be the fourth official for the day.
The Ghana Football Association Referee Appointment Committee expect Laryea and his team to deliver fair officiating with his experience gathered in the past years.
